• Main Things:
• First geneneral meeting set on Tuesday January 13, 2009 @ 8 p.m.
• HIH Health Group
• Throw a gathering/appreciation (MOVIE NIGHT) for those who helped at the new years
• Taking place within this month: Friday Night Jan. 23rd @ 7-9 p.m.
• Fue will find the movie
• Chang will buy the food?

• HIH Health Booth
• Satisfied w/ the member show-up & the outcome
• For future reference, please make sure you notify in advance if you can’t show up as you said
• SUGGESTION:
• give those who reside in the local area as that of the new year the leading role
• T-SHIRT designs
• Come up w/ a design by the next general meeting (notify members) & make it due by end of Jan.?
• Collaboration w/ HSU for HSC
• HSU feel that the collaboration isn’t working out well, so we should focus on our own events regarding the big events, & only collaborate on smaller events, like socials, etc.
• HIH will still do the workshop
• Chang will contact Sheng Lor
• Budgets
• Have about 1K in account
• Will use the club’s $$ to reimburse Lue Lao for the booth

• Finalizing the Donation letters
• For the Health Conference

• Will be holding a Health Fair @ their school & wants HIH to present
• On Friday Feb. 6 during their lunch hour

• Giving his position back to Yee, last year’s Historian

• Chang will come up w/ the date & notify the officers
• GOAL: inviting students & professionals, etc.

• HIH will not be holding it anymore; therefore, Chang, Xou, & friends will be holding their own

• Need to re-elect another Treasurer
