SAFE is part of the student recruitment and retention center (SRRC) on the UC Davis campus.
The Stanford Hmong Student Union was founded in October 2007 by undergraduates interested in building a supportive community for Hmong students contemplating or currently attending Stanford; networking and collaborating with other Hmong groups and organizations; promote awareness of Hmong ethnic identity at Stanford; and educating the greater campus and community about Hmong culture, history, issues and contemporaneous experiences in the United States.
